Vous pourrez trouver beaucoup d&rsquo;informations \u00e0 ce sujet sur le net. Je le mange tous les jours de travail, en une fois ou en deux (les fruits puis le m\u00e9lange de graines et noix). Si vous d\u00e9jeunez avec le Miam-\u00f4-fruits, vous n&rsquo;aurez pas faim durant les 4 ou 5 heures qui suivent. Il peut \u00eatre pris \u00e0 la place du d\u00eener ou du souper \u00e9galement. C&rsquo;est un repas en soi.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Apr\u00e8s plus d&rsquo;un an de pratique, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 la \u00ab\u00a0recette\u00a0\u00bb qui me plaisait le mieux, qui est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente de France Guillain. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 la lire, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 <strong>banane<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe d\u2019<strong>huile de colza<\/strong> (\u00e0 conserver au frigo) ou n\u2019importe quelle huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\n<li><strong>graines de lin<\/strong> et <strong>de s\u00e9same<\/strong> moulues finement (\u00e0 conserver au frigo)<\/li>\n<li><strong>graines de Chia<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>ol\u00e9agineux<\/strong> (amandes, noix, noisettes, graines de tournesol, de courge)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuiller \u00e0 soupe de <strong>jus de citron<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3 fruits frais <\/strong>au moins, autres que la banane (pomme, poire, kiwi, ananas, mangue, litchi, abricot, p\u00eache, prune, groseille, framboise, cerise, myrtille, m\u00fbre, fraise, kaki, figue, datte,\u2026) PAS de melons ni d\u2019agrumes\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li>1 <strong>datte<\/strong> ou 1 abricot sec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>Au magasin, pas besoin d&#8217;emballer vos fruits.
